HIGH RISK INVESTMENT NOTICE
Cryptocurrency trading, spot trading, futures, and margin trading carry an extremely high degree of risk to your capital. Prices are volatile and unpredictable. Never trade with funds you cannot afford to lose entirely.
1. Not Financial or Investment Advice
All trading signals, market analyses, technical indicators, commentary, educational posts, and chat messages provided on CryptoSignals are for educational and informational purposes only.
CryptoSignals is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, financial planner, or asset manager under any jurisdiction. Nothing published on this website or in our community constitutes personalized investment advice or an endorsement to buy, sell, or hold any security, digital asset, or cryptocurrency.
2. User Responsibility & Independence
You are solely and completely responsible for your own financial decisions, trade entries, exits, risk management, stop-losses, and portfolio allocations. Any trade you decide to execute on an external exchange (such as Binance, Bybit, Coinbase, or OKX) is performed at your own discretion and risk.
CryptoSignals and its administrators assume zero legal or financial liability for any losses, missed profits, or slippage resulting from following signals or technical ideas posted on the platform.
3. Platform Access Fee & Wallet Security Hold Policy
Access Fee: Access to the VIP trade feed and community features requires a one-time onboarding access fee (denominated in BTC). This fee covers digital server infrastructure, analytical resources, and community moderation. Once processed and verified on the blockchain, access fees are non-refundable.
Deposit Holding Period: To prevent fraud, double-spending, and malicious multi-accounting, deposits credited to your platform wallet are subject to an automated security holding period (default 14 days) before withdrawal requests can be submitted. During this holding period, users may freely view signals, claim trade rewards, and participate in community features.
4. Anti-Fraud & Account Integrity
Users must provide genuine blockchain transaction IDs (TxHash) for deposit and access verifications. Submitting duplicate transaction hashes, forged confirmations, or attempting automated balance exploits will result in immediate and permanent account suspension and freezing under our anti-fraud policy.
CryptoSignals reserves the right to freeze accounts or withhold transactions pending verification if suspicious or illicit blockchain activity is detected.
By registering, depositing, or logging into CryptoSignals, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service and Disclaimers.
